On Monday we had an outing to The Bagel Stand to try out some Hawaiian Style Shaved Ice, which everyone has been buzzing about lately. Everyone. I had no idea what shaved ice was, but was told that it was not the same as a Sno-Cone. Now that I've experienced shaved ice for myself I can attest to this fact. Whereas a Sno-Cones are made of crudely crushed ice that comes from the inside of a dog house, shaved ice tastes like a fine artist painting the inside of your mouth with flavor. But seriously, it was good and you should go try some. And their bagels are the best so go eat those, too.
