We have an annoying neighbor. She plays her music really loud - sometimes as late as 1 or 2 in the morning. I just realized today that she is feeding neighborhoods birds. Typically I wouldn't have a problem with this but the birds around here are LOUD! The birds are loud and lame and they wake us up very early every morning. Her reckless actions are perpetuating the problem. And she has a poodle. No one should have to live next to someone with a poodle.
